Please check the Calendar to make sure the dates you are interested in are available. Also check with the Playhouse at 604 886 8998 as the dates you want may not yet appear on the web site.

Rehearsal / workshop/ seminar rate: $15.00 per hour i.e., House and work lights only. No stage lighting.

Marlee Dance Floor: $50 first day, $20 each additional day

Performance rate: $50.00 per hour. This includes use of the green room and stage lighting

Technician rate: Rate varies depending on clients needs. Minimum 4 hours

Lights

  • Clients must hire an in house light technician
  • Technician rate - $18 per hour minimum of 4 hours

Sound

It is recommended that an in house technician be used. They are familiar with Playhouse acoustic and the limits and capabilities of our system. Use of the Playhouse sound system beyond basic use of CD Player and or 2 mic's, $50 per set up to be paid to the Heritage Playhouse. We require that a Playhouse approved technician operate our system. A fee of $24/hr. is charged and paid directly to the technician. Minimum of 4hrs. In the event that the renter wishes to bring their own sound technician there is a $50 fee payable to our sound tech for orientation and approval.

Use of piano: $25.00 per performance

Green Room only: $15.00

The Playhouse provides ushers (mandatory), box office and concession. All bookings require a cancellation fee. See booking form for details.

Gibsons Landing Heritage Society Policy

Any group or individual wishing to fundraise in any way for the GLHS or the Heritage Playhouse must make their request in writing to the GLHS giving an outline of the specific fundraiser and giving an outline of publicity, cost and all other items relevant to the fundraiser. This request must be received by the board at least 2 calendar months prior to the proposed fundraiser for approval.
